Terms of Use
These Terms of Use („Terms“) govern your use of the @StrongFocus_bot („Service“), a Telegram bot provided by DRM Analytics („we,“ „us,“ or „our“). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Service Overview
The Service offers task tracking, motivational texts, and goal tracking features through a Telegram bot platform. The content provided is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be appropriate for all users. By using the Service, you acknowledge and understand that the content delivered is AI-generated and may vary in accuracy and appropriateness.
2. Membership and Subscription
To access advanced features such as voice messages, task creation, task reminders, and goal setting, a paid membership subscription („Subscription“) is required. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the Subscription fee and the terms of the Subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer portal in the settings menu of the bot. Upon cancellation, the Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for used months as the Service is provided by a sole indie developer.
4. Usage Limits
The total usage of motivational texts is limited to 30,000 characters per day. This usage limit is in place to ensure fair access to all users and prevent abuse of the Service.
5. PRO Plan Features
The PRO Plan includes additional features, such as the ability to send and receive voice messages to create tasks or listen to motivational texts. These features are exclusively available to users subscribed to the PRO Plan.
6. Data Usage and Privacy
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the responsible handling of your data.
6.1 Data Handling
- Text and Voice Messages: We do not store input text or voice messages on our servers. During the moment of transcribing speech to text, the data is temporarily stored solely for the purpose of transcription and is promptly deleted thereafter.
- User Context: The Service does not retain context from previous user interactions. Messages are directly processed by the AI, and responses are generated in real-time. We do not store the content of conversations or maintain conversational context beyond the immediate exchange.
- Task and Tracking Data: The Service collects and stores data related to task creation, task completion, goal tracking, and similar activities. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the core features of the Service and to support your task tracking and goal setting activities.
6.2 Data Security
We take data security seriously and employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
6.3 Sharing of Data
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service and improve its functionality.
6.4 User Control
- Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data by contacting us at support_focusbot@cedricoettel.de. Data related to task completion and tracking may be retained to provide you with ongoing insights and statistics.
- Subscription Cancellation: Upon canceling your subscription, your data will be retained for a limited period to ensure accurate billing and subscription management.
6.5 Changes to Data Usage Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify the Data Usage Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected in this document, and it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically for any updates.
7. Disclaimers
The Service, its content, and features are provided on an „as-is“ basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content generated by the AI. Users should exercise discretion and judgment when using the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or damages to devices.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
